HAI GUYS! Before I get into it, I just want to point out the exciting-as-hell fact that Kristin has brought back
Endless Rain. I'm just thrilled beyond belief that someone else from the old days is back or still around! I just checked my links page for the first time in ages and most of them are broken! WTF IS LEFT?!?! I'll tell you. ENDLESS RAIN. That site was always one of my favorites! VISIT AND LOVE HER. Now onto business.
I know it's been a long time, and I know I promised big updates this spring, but THINGS HAVE BEEN A-SHAMBLES in the last year. A. SHAMBLES. That's my excuse. Take it for what it is.
I received a supernice email from Xochitl (as well as a supernice guestbook entry) today. I'd been thinking about deleting this site for the past month or so. I didn't think people still cared about fansites anymore. But her email showed me that there ARE still fans out there with a sense of humor who want to see a decent fansite! So thanks to her, instead of deleting the site, I'm going to dust off my old plans for redesigning and start working on a relaunch.
I'm currently working on a really, really cool project. It's a site archiving all the best photos and articles from the massive 60s teenmag collection I've been building over the past year (over 300 mags!!). Some of the magazine are exclusively Beatles and have some real rarities in them, so I think I'll be utilizing those magazines in my new and improved CFAS. Anyway, this other project is probably not going to launch until January 2011 so I have plenty of time and don't feel pressured to work on it. But since I'm back in the webdesigning frame of mind, I think I'm ALSO gonna work on this site! YAY! I'm thinking I'm just gonna heft the entire thing over to the main domain and do away with the sub-domain since this is the only site I house here anyway.
THIS HAS BEEN LONG AND RAMBLY AND FULL OF DETAILS NO ONE CARES ABOUT. I apologize. But I'm making another promise of massive changes, and this time I'm GOING TO KEEP IT.

It's Friday the 13th! Wooooo scary.
Have you guys all gotten Beatles Rock Band? If so, what do you think about it? I want to get it, but I'm below poverty level so it probably won't happen. But hey, invite me to your next Beatles Rock Band party -- I call drums!

Just as an update, I'm working on other projects at the moment, but I *am* planning to work on this site again. I've worked out a schedule for all my projects, and I'm set to start a complete reworking of this site in spring of 2010. It'll be worth the wait, trust me.
