The difference between this and other awards (such as the ones given to me), I actually care about what sites receive the award. People gave me mine because I applied. Luckily for them, my site isn't ass, but it could have been for all they cared.
I'll only give my award to sites that are updated regularly, are entertaining, and have something unique to offer visitors, if only a great sense of humor. I'm not granting this award to sites that the owner obviously doesn't care about, or sites whose owners haven't put in the time and effort required to make a site entertaining.
